Web Industries built this Drupal system for a joint inquiry into the economic relationship between New Zealand and Australia by the Productivity Commissions of each country. With a public submission process, registrations of interest, and a Discussions facility, this nice looking and effective Drupal site is a good example of how public sector sites don't have to be stale and boring. Gusto Design did the design concept and did a great job of following a 'less is more' approach.
We then converted this concept into a Drupal theme, making sure it met accessibility standards, of course.
