Overview

Shop New Zealand is a high traffic website that showcases products manufactured in New Zealand and sells them to the world. It is a high traffic website hosted on the Amazon cloud.

Requirement

The Shop New Zealand team approached AZest with a request to migrate their current dated website from Oscommerce to a new Drupalplatfom with a new design applied

The Approach

Zest established the new Drupal environment based on the Ubercart E-commerce module. Additional functionality was added to provide a comprehensive E-commerce engine. Data was exported from the legacy environment and imported to the new, including Users, Order information, products and category information. Particular effort was made in ensuring that search engine indexing values were not lost during the migration.

The Outcome

Zest delivered a new website with a modern interface on an E-commerceplatform that offers all of the functionality required of a modern online store, multi-language, multi-currency
